Please complete this application to BEGIN the locate request process.
- eTicket Applications are for a Single Address for work performed at that same address.
- We will review this application for quality assurance before submitting your request to 811 Alaska Digline Member Utilities.
- Be aware that simply filling out the eTicket form does not mean you are authorized to begin your project. You must receive your eTicket Confirmation via email and wait the 2-10 business days for each facility owner to complete the markings before beginning your project; in accordance with Alaska State Law. This allows the Member Facility owners/operators to analyze a possible conflict and/or mark facilities in conflict with the project described on the eTicket. Your “Work Start Date” is indicated on the Confirmation. The Confirmation also includes the list of Member Facility owner/operators we will be notifying. Not all facility owners participate in 811 Alaska Digline, you must contact those facility owners directly.
- eTicket Applications are processed 8am-5pm Mon – Fri.
If one of our 811 Alaska Digline Customer Service Representatives has any questions about the information submitted on your eTicket Application, you will be contacted by phone and/or email. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we will consider your request null and void. If there are any questions about this process, please contact 811 Alaska Digline by dialing 8-1-1 or 907.278.3121.
Please note that the person performing the digging activity needs to be the person who submits the eTicket. If you have hired a contractor/excavator, that person will need to secure their own locate request.
